EVE EMC Emergency/Crisis Managers, Business Owners, Property Managers, Security Personnel, HOA Coordinators, or other designates, with the necessary tools to plan, manage, train, react, adapt, alert, recover, provide access to, and communicate critical information from a centralized point during single or multiple events; this to preserve and limit the loss of life and property while reducing potential liability.

From a mass communication perspective EVE EMC supports public, private, and targeted, notifications (by group, area code, zip code) from the system; including the logging of all communication via the system’s tamperproof blotter. The system also receives and processes replies to notifications from mobile devices and emails where they can analyzed and assigned to any incident allowing for true two-way communication between users and the system’s operators.

EVE EMC also allows the cataloging of facility safety and hazard information, the centralized management of emergency plans, operations plans, flood and fire plans, mapevacuation and training plans, checklists, surveys, files, tasks, MSDSs, and procedures, to help prevent and or reduce the potential loss of life and property in the event of an emergency whether nature or human initiated.

Data protection and privacy is accomplished by multiple layers of system security and compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard or PCI DSS as this standard is rigorous. Supports DHS’ NIMS or the Department of Homeland Security’s National Incident Management System recommendations for the private sector with reference to operational planning and mass communication of information for various contingencies or crises to First Responders and the general public.
Supports RSS and CAP
Supports RSS and CAP feed intake for the publishing of alerts from local, state, and or national agencies such as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for biological outbreak alerts, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) for severe weather alerting, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) for seismic alerting, and any other organization publishing alerts using Common Alerting Protocol (CAP) or Really Simple Syndication (RSS) formatted information.
Beyond Notification...Complete Communication!
Once notifications are sent from the system, recipients can respond directly via their mobile devices or email to the system. Incoming responses can then be analyzed, actions initiated and or adjusted to situational information; including message assignment to specific incidents making them a matter of record thereby providing complete two-way traceability. Outgoing communications can be sent as a mass notifications or specifically targeted to private contacts or narrowed even further by area code, zip code, or area code and exchange number (first six numbers).
Chronological Accounting!
All notifications are logged in a law enforcement style blotter format allowing for a chronological view from the time an incident is initiated to its completion. This provides an accounting of messages sent and received, methods of distribution, forms of distribution, distribution recipients, date and time of distribution, and distribution source for complete traceability and legal considerations.
Real-time Communication!
Updates to situational information can be sent and received in real-time from the system as well as posted in the system’s Emergency Message Center (public). Notifications are sent via three channels: text to mobile devices, email, and the Web (available via the Emergency Message Center).

EVE EMC is well beyond just a communications system. With supporting applications like document, media, task, event, time managers and more, EVE EMC is provides a centralized 24/7 portal from which to access information. The document center and system file manager allows public and private access to and distribution of critical checklists, plans, guides, manuals, pamphlets, video, audio, images, procedures, and more in the planning and training for a crisis as well as during an actual event.
